About the job

We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join our team as a Project Manager at a passionate tech company that is constantly evolving and growing. 

We are looking for someone who understands the fluid environment of a creative department. From client onboarding > strategic planning > execution > quality control > delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

You are calm under pressure, attentive to details, committed to your word, and most importantly, you have a diplomatic way of getting things done on time and on budget.

To be successful in this role, you should have good leadership, organisational and strategic planning skills. You need to be highly productive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You need the ability to multitask, organise and collaborate.


What you’ll do: 

  • Be a point of contact between clients, formalise projects, grow relationships and update on project deliverables

  • Reporting on efficiency and all operations to ensure the smooth running of projects

  • Identifying and forecasting resource issues ahead of time

  • Create and manage any documentation required for the project including briefs, proposals, timelines, meetings notes, bill of materials and guides

  • Manage the onboarding, rollouts and aftercare for clients within our cloud platform

  • Assist with the creation, development processes, quotes and timesheets

  • Help with the curation of presentation and client data reports

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of any projects

  • Ensure the teams and suppliers are on track to complete their tasks within the time frame

  • Manage the project schedule once it has kicked off alongside planning and managing key milestones

  • Manage internal roadblocks

  • Ownership of the client resources and assets  

Who you are:

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience - ideally in the retail industry; such as agency, manufacturing, print or software areas

  • Have strong experience working with retailers, brands or product based companies

  • Understand how to create and maintain project trackers across multiple programs and stakeholders

  • Possesses minimum understanding on brands & retail environment as a whole, especially merchandising/POP

  • Understand how to utilise and create excel, PPT and Word docs (proficiency with Google docs/sheets)

  • Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication

  • Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors

  • Experience maintaining budgets and fiscal responsibility

  • Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with MyPlayer values

  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible

About the job:
We are seeking a Product Development Assistant to join our busy production department.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, hardworking and ambitious individual looking to kick-start or grow their career in product development at a passionate tech company that is constantly evolving and growing.

Excellent planning skills, and a clear, concise communication style will all be invaluable as you work closely with our suppliers, factories and clients. No two days are the same and the role is very hands-on as you work towards delivering innovative products ready for worldwide clients.


What you’ll do: 

  • You will oversee orders placed with manufacturers and track multiple projects at every stage ensuring all requirements for build, schedule and quality are met

  • New product designs and developments

  • Assembly of electronics

  • Quality control checks

  • Compiling product data records

Who you are:

  • Achieved top grades throughout GCSE/A-levels / degree (or equivalents)

We are looking for a passionate creative designer with proven experience. At MyPlayer we create digital content for some of the most iconic brands in the world; and we need your help to design beautiful content that helps our customers bring their products to life.

 

As a creative designer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding video and graphics based content, and also be regularly engaging with our customers to bring their vision to life.

 

You should have experience with the Adobe Creative suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect.

What you’ll do:

Senior React

 

 

Senior React / Javascript Developer - MyPlayer Ltd London

 

Developers of all disciplines are responsible for delivering software and services that meet the needs of the company and our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.


We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

What you’ll do: 

  • Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js

  • Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface

  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

  • Learn and understand user interactions

  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

  • Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers

  • As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. 

Who you are:

  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Who you are:

  • Have an excellent understanding of Python

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.


A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

What you’ll do: 

  • Design and build mission-critical Android applications

  • Collaborate with other teams across the business to create end-to-end products

  • Fix bugs in existing software and improve using the latest technologies

  • Document software and processes, and share your knowledge with others

  • Support deployment of internally and externally facing applications and provide post-deployment support

  • Work closely with the UI design team to execute the design as closely as possible, staying within the design guidelines of the brand

Who you are:

  • Have extensive experience with the Android SDK with a comprehensive understanding of the application lifecycle, and OS integration

  • 3+ years of commercial development experience

  • Experience with Java and Kotlin and global software deployment tools such as Google Play.

  • Experience controlling external devices from Android, e.g: communicating with USB devices

  • Knowledge of communicating with, and structure of, RESTful APIs

  • Are able to build RESTful JSON Web APIs and using networking libraries to integrate this with applications

  • Experience with Git

  • Experience working in an agile environment

  • You are able to work under pressure to achieve goals for major product launch events
