Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Scalability:

Commercial Team Building:

  • Future Team Builder: As the first dedicated commercial leader, you will be responsible for defining the requirements, recruiting, and mentoring a high-performing sales team as the company scales.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate market feedback into product roadmaps and ensure seamless, high-quality solution deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership (Director/Head of Sales level), with a verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue from a smaller base.

  • Essential: Significant experience in a smaller company, start-up, or scale-up environment, where the ability to operate independently and create systems from ambiguity was critical.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Retail Technology (RetailTech), Digital Signage, POP/POS, or MarTech space, and experience selling to major global brands and retailers.

Strategy & Brand Leadership:

  • Define the Narrative: Own and articulate MyPlayer's value proposition and market positioning. Craft compelling stories and content that clearly demonstrate the proven ROI of our interactive retail solutions for brands and retailers.

  • Build the Brand: Elevate MyPlayer's global brand awareness and authority within the RetailTech, MarTech, and POP/POS industry through thought leadership and industry engagement.

  • Full Marketing Stack Ownership: Design and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that spans product marketing, content generation, digital demand generation, and sales enablement.

Demand Generation & Hands-On Execution:

  • Pipeline Accountability: Establish and manage a predictable, scalable demand generation engine (inbound and outbound) to consistently feed the sales team with high-quality, qualified leads.

  • Self-Sufficient Digital Execution: Directly manage and execute campaigns across all digital channels, including technical SEO/SEM, paid social, and email marketing. Agency management is not a part of this role; you must be the executor.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Implement marketing analytics and reporting to continuously monitor performance, measure the logical ROI of every initiative, and refine strategies based on clear, verifiable data.

  • Content Creation: Personally create high-quality, targeted content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, videos) that supports the entire sales funnel, leveraging our existing customer successes.

  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to create compelling sales collateral and product launch materials that simplify complex technology for a commercial audience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with proven experience building the marketing function from the ground up, ideally in a SaaS, hardware, or blended solution model.

  • Essential: Significant experience in a smaller company, start-up, or scale-up environment, where a hands-on, execution-focused approach was necessary for all marketing activities.

As a creative designer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding video and graphics based content, and also be regularly engaging with our customers to bring their vision to life.

Developers of all disciplines are responsible for delivering software and services that meet the needs of the company and our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.


We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

What you’ll do: 

  • Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js

  • Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface

  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
